A distinctive Swiss cheese from the Appenzell region (North East Switzerland), made with milk from cows which feed on herb-rich meadows and washed with a herbal brine. Sweet yet (naturally!) herbal and nutty, this makes a great snacking/dessert cheese and melts exceptionally well
