Ticketed events are educational and delicious, and lead you through the history and flavor profiles of four cheeses and teach you how to pair cheese with food and drinks. In the words of one guest, "it's like wine tasting but with cheese."

Pop ups are less formal -- stop by during opening hours and choose from one of the many cheese and charcuterie boards, salads, and snacks, or just grab a drink at the bar!
