About the event
Join us for this delicious and educational cheesy event, exploring the world of cheeses made without cow milk. We're familiar with fresh goat cheese, but what about aged or blue goat cheese? Buffalo is deliciously rich and creamy, yet it plays such a small role in our cheese diet. And sheep's milk? There are so many tantalizing varieties out there! This event will walk you through four delicious varieties of non-cow's milk cheese and discuss the principles of selecting and pairing. Accompaniments from Foundry 42+ and Port Provisions' retail offerings will be served alongside the cheeses allowing guests to experiment with pairings, and all guests will be able to utilize a 10% discount on all cheese-related Foundry purchases that evening. This is a ticketed event.
Want cheese to take home? Buy a cheese box with your ticket and receive 3-6oz of each cheese to go.
Can't attend the event but still want some cheesy goodness? Order your box on the Cheese Boxes page and then pick up from Foundry 42 after the event. Boxes must be ordered in advance.
Prices include all fees (no surprises at checkout!)
