Foundry 42 is delighted to partner with Port Provisions to present a delicious and educational cheesy event, exploring the art of pairings, gifting, and board creation through four cheeses tailored to the holiday season.
Naomi Stubbs will walk you through the four selected cheeses and discuss the principles of selecting and pairing. Accompaniments from Foundry 42+'s retail offerings will be served alongside the cheeses allowing guests to experiment with pairings, and all guests will be able to utilize a 10% discount on all cheese-related Foundry purchases that evening. This is a ticketed event.
