About the event
This interactive workshop will explore pairings of cheese and wine. Learn about the histories and sample the flavor profiles of hand-selected artisanal cheeses, discover the wine offerings available at Foundry 42+, explore pairing principles and tips -- all from the Foundry Loft space! Each ticket will include a cheese board and corresponding pours of wine. Upgrade your ticket to include a Cheese Box and take the cheeses (3-6oz of each) home with you! All ticket holders must be 21+ to participate, and the event happens in the upstairs space (no elevator available). Tickets are not refundable, but can be transferred.
